Why is CA wasting its time with such miniscule distinctions about who can/can not receive the vaccine while using up something like 30% of the doses received? What is accomplished by such a political exercise that prizes ideological purity over practical steps that will actually save lives? CA is lagging behind even the midwestern states in persons vaccinated as a proportion of the population. All those high taxes are really working out for Californians, heh?
