McGIRT v. OKLAHOMA maybe?

Half of oklahoma was ruled to be on a reservation somewhat recently. Never heard any casino new related to this ruling though.
- beerandt 6y agoAlso, the court was pretty clear about not making any drastic interpretation of their ruling, beyond the criminal jurisdiction matter that was at hand. However, the fact that the court validated the continued legality of the treaty at all was a pretty big deal.
