- dghlsakjg 6y agoIt is named after a Russian Ballerina, but is believed to to have originated in Australia or NZ.
- ggm 6y agoAustralian here. They (NZ) invented it. We (queenslanders, specifically) invented the Lamington, their claims not withstanding.
