- jeffbee 6y agoAsking rents are still higher than any time prior to 2018. If owners want net absorption to get above zero again, they're going to have to be realistic about the price.
- toomuchtodo 6y agoThey may not have a choice depending on how their debt is structured. They will have to extend and pretend to push the haircut out. Similar situation with NYC commercial retail.
