I've been involved in interviewing for Elixir positions and found that we got more senior candidates than I've ever seen before. Part of it might have been pandemic displacement. But I'm not seeing a lack of work in my freelancing and I'm not seeing any particular skill shortage. .Net and Xamarin integration. No clue. Samr as for any other non-.Net language I imagine.
