Why did you omit "Filing:" from the headline submitted? I'd argue even Ars' headline is clickbait, since people uninvolved in the legal system don't know what "Filing:" means.
This is not established fact. It's what Amazon has alleged in its filed response to Parler's lawsuit. They might yet prove it. But they haven't done that yet.
- lupire 6y ago99% of HN headlines are not court decisions. There's a bizarre meme where people apply a lower standard of proof to PR campaigns and random bloggers than statements made under penalty of perjury.
