I believe the argument is: AWS has the right (under current law), but that exercising this right is not always in the public's best interest.
How do we (the people) ensure good behavior?
- staticassertion 6y agoWe pretty rarely find good ways to ensure good behavior, at best finding makeshift incentive structures to encourage it. It is very likely that those incentive structures are exactly what led to this decision, and are working more or less as intended.
