- orthoxerox 6y agoI really like my Xiaomi Mi 3G. Cheap, has both 802.11ac and 1Gbps ports, runs OpenWRT. The only issue I have with it is no AES support on the CPU. My VPN speed is effectively limited by one of its cores running at 100% decoding OpenVPN traffic.
- mobilio 6y agoUse WireGuard as VPN OR change OpenVPN encryption to Chacha20
- Teever 6y agoI recommend buying the WRT1200AC used on Ebay. They usually sell for $30-50 USD + shipping.
