TSMC to Produce Intel CPUs on 5nm Process Node in 2H 2021
- wyldfire 6y ago> It looks like after Alder Lake in 2H 2021, Intel will be moving to TSMC as its prime partner in mass-producing its next-generation CPU lineup. Is this as significant as it sounds? IIRC up until this one, all intel CPUs were on their own fab?
- martinpw 6y agoYes, sounds very significant if true, but I don't see it reported elsewhere, and I believe wccftech is more of a rumor site than a high quality source of news.
