Ask HN: Machine readable data for ETF (and other funds)?

I know there are plenty of financial APIs to get some data for stocks and financial markets, but are there any that offer machine readable data on the exact composition of Exchange Traded Funds? Usually those are buried in the annual reports which seem to be only available as unstructured PDF that look different for every provider.
