- bombcar 6y agoI think a good part of it is that you can be annoyed by a piece of software and not be able to articulate it beyond “it sucks” - and then you find someone who wrote a detailed article that explains all your pain perfectly. And even though it was Christmas Eve you send it off partially in disgust and partially in a “maybe this explanation makes it clear”.
