All of these clients are massive, it's just a matter of what stage of adoption they're at with us. More 0s = all hands on deck, two 0s = "I can't give you any kind of timeline and may never be able to". All of this is to say please be kind, it's generally not up to the people you're yelling at, even if you're paying for it.
