If developers do support on such forums (who else would be disappointed by unilateral demands?), it is a productivity killer. Telegram has such person for full time, I follow them on Twitter, and their responses are usually hilarious https://twitter.com/telegram/with_replies https://twitter.com/telegram/with_replies For example, when people demand something from Telegram, their response is usually brainless "I'll pass that to developers" or something slightly more witty like "it's planned for 2301, watch for updates".
