C05517813.pdf is.. just weird. "TAKE 5 OF 8--POSSIBLE SCENARIOS FOR SUMMER KIDNAPPINGS OF 5 BARNAUL COEDS DETAILED, INCLUDING POSSIBILITY THEY WERE ABDUCTED FOR SLAVERY, ORGAN TRANSPLANTATIDN SCHEMES, OTHER MEDICAL EXPERIMENTATION" Edit: this one seems like pretty random musings of a CIA agent in the USSR based on disapperances that happened there. Probably just some serial killer? :/ Edit: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barnaul_Maniac https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barnaul_Maniac

Maybe: "Barnaul is the largest city and administrative center of Altai Krai, Russia, located at the confluence of the Barnaulka and Ob Rivers in the West Siberian Plain" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barnaul https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barnaul

Nonsense. It's overly specific. Try again.
