Whether or not Google does, the courts do. The NLRB determined that two of the four were illegally fired, and there is a hearing scheduled for April 2021.
- ocdtrekkie 6y agoIndeed. But Google has fired more people for speaking out or organizing on employee issues since then. Which is to say, the NLRB needs to show a lot more teeth if it plans to curb the behavior.
