I hear your argument. However there is a lot of grey area when it comes to defining "shitty", and some business have far too much power over our everyday life. For instance imagine if financial institutions would ban you for your political views (let's say you support very tight regulation of credit card companies and are vocal about it), good luck functioning in a modern society without credit cards.
