If both Google and Apple refuse to host your app in their App Stores, what exactly is your recourse? Host on your own infrastructure. Present a mobile-responsive web site. Take Bitcoin. (we're talking, politely, about free speech extremists - so none of this seems wildly inappropriate, right?)
