I expect Biden to photocopy the Trump trade agenda, and all indications are he will do exactly this. Not just with the EU, but China as well. Boeing is a major employer, union stronghold (still), and in rough shape. It would be political suicide for Biden to throw them under the (Air)bus just to blanket-reverse every Trump-era policy.
