It was only district court but the prosecutor did not seek the court of appeals (which they legally have to do if there's a chance their view might succeed), leaving the precedent.

- Ndymium 6y agoNote that Effi no longer lists the mentioned donation details on their website[1] and their verbiage is much more limited now so I don't know how much they themselves count on the court case.
