Primarily my work is writing and coding. When in deep work on something complicated, what I do is not really take a “real”break where I relax. I just stand up (either go to the restroom or drink a glass of water). I will still be thinking about the task or what I’m doing but I just force myself to not look at the screen and I find it helpful.
