I mean, people did just invade the Capitol for the first time in 200 years, trying to kill Congress. Seems kinda different than your other examples.

  How so, when at other times, people succeeded in killing the president? And there is no proof yet of anybody trying to kill Congress anyway. Also no proof that leftist rioters would not have wanted to kill anybody if they had succeeded in storming certain buildings.
