By this definition, many antifa and BLM rioters are also terrorists. It's interesting how hesitant the media was to describe them that way.

- InitialLastName 6y agoI might have missed it, but I didn't see any reports of pipe bombs at the BLM protests.
- tuesdayrain 6y agoSo reports of pipe bombs that never went off is more terrorizing than 2 billion dollars worth of damage? (https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8740609/Rioting-140-cities-George-Floyds-death-cost-insurance-industry-2-BILLION.html https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8740609/Rioting-140...)
- distrill 6y agoyes, of course explosives are more terrorizing than property damage. wtf
- tuesdayrain 6y agoIt's not like "property damage" just means a few buildings get damaged in a vacuum. It was massive amounts of arson, civil unrest, injuries, at least 6 deaths. These things definitely terrorize people on a similar (if not greater) level. Considering people located near the blm/antifa riots also had to fear bombings. There were actual explosives going off, not just reports like at the capitol.
- kortilla 6y agoSo what’s the definition of a terrorist then? “Politically motivated violence and has a pipe bomb”?
- cptnapalm 6y agoThere were loads of reports of thrown explosives in Seattle. https://www.cnn.com/2020/07/25/us/seattle-protest-riot/index.html https://www.cnn.com/2020/07/25/us/seattle-protest-riot/index...
- Pfhreak 6y agoThe SPD took a picture of a candle and called it a thrown explosive. They also blamed last week's events on BLM and several officers participated in the Capitol Riot and are on admin leave. There miiiiight be a bit of a bias in that dept.
- cptnapalm 6y agoThere have just been mob attacks, hurling explosives, Molotov cocktails and trying to blind people with lasers. Then there were the shootings. Candles do not blow through the wall of a police precinct. Please provide a link for the officers "participat[ing] in the Capitol Riot". Or is the truth that they are on leave because they attended a protest?
- distrill 6y agoWhat media? That's exactly how fox news, oan, newsmax and donald trump talk about BLM.
- blisterpeanuts 6y agoCan you cite an example of Donald Trump or any of those news sources calling BLM a terrorist organization, or an organization that has some terrorists in it? I haven't seen that word used. "Criminal", "thug", "looter", "rioter", yes, but not "terrorist".
