There's a lot of room in there: Math.pow(2,l=a.length) 1<<(l=a.length) are the same, as are these: if(b[--j]==1) ~-b[--j]||

There's a lot of room in there:
Math.pow(2,l=a.length)
1<<(l=a.length)
are the same, as are these:
if(b[--j]==1)
~-b[--j]||
