I've started seeing that. There have been quite a lot of posts in the past two days that have been egregious (holocaust denial, threats, positive suicidal ideation, conspiracy theories). They are all deleted quickly and flagged, but just yesterday I flagged 15 different posts from 3 different accounts that posted those sorts of messages or comments.
