  Vast majority? OK..... So what about the stuff that was from private posts? You're really going to justify this?

    It wasn't from private posts, it was from deleted posts. Parler left them accessible and so they happened to be caught when scraping.

  You have a copyright protection against other people posting your messages for their benefit. Anyone who wanted to claim their posts could DMCA them.
