Some years ago I prepared a (very short) list of people whom I want my future kids to know about. The first name I put down was Aaron's.

- ainiriand 6y agoCurrently I have the ones that passed away during my adulthood that made a big impact in me: - Aaron Swartz - Carl Sagan - Stephen Hawking - Paul Allen
- arnaldorobot 6y agoI was born in the same year that Carl Sagan died — in fact, just a few days earlier. Once a year people say "congratulations" to me without knowing that, precisely in that moment, inside, the thought coming to this mind in reaction of their comment is that I wish Carl Sagan were alive, and that I had died instead of him, or never have been born in the first place.
