If this is true, the adversaries of the US now probably have a considerable database of people who are vulnerable to manipulation and who can be used for active measures on US soil. Not that I don't think they didn't have a pretty good database of this already. But this still is the aspect of this that I find more worrisome. Russia, China and whomever else might be interested could weaponize this to great effect.
