- smichel17 6y agoChain mail scrubbers are not very abrasive. This is because the links are rounded. As an extreme example, imagine trying to scrape off gunk with the rounded back of a spoon. I've used mine (gently!!) on teflon with no damage.
- leetcrew 6y agopeople tend to have the wrong intuition about scratching things. stainless steel is a fairly soft metal; it's really hard to damage seasoning with anything made of that material. but the green side of a scotchbrite sponge will scratch pretty much anything in your kitchen.
