Amazon didn’t break terms of service, but Parler did by not moderating their platform.
Amazon, Google, and Apple merely terminated their service because Parler violated TOS. It is perfectly reasonable.
- spacemanmatt 6y agoI highly suspect that a dispute would end up in arbitration rather than courts, too. It's not like AWS failed to think ahead about getting sued.
