- michael_dorfman 15y agoEven if you found someone with a past experience dealing with bipolarity, there's no telling whether their experience would generalize to yours. Don't worry about "orientating" your search. Just go out and get professional help. If you choose inappropriately (among the therapist/psychologist/psychiatrist spectrum), they'll be happy to refer you to someone more suitable.
