- Pfhreak 6y agoThe platform owner decides, and they come up with a process that is necessarily fuzzy? Our entire system of justice is built on the concept of having to make judgement calls. Moderation is also requires humans to take a look and say, this seems to violate our policies. I'm confident that a reasonable person would say yes.
