This is hyperbolic. Nobody is going to jail for grabbing someone's arm. Even hitting someone - it's not nice, but not a big deal. What is wrong with the rhetoric here? This is a 'non incident' - someone was upset over a lost phone, and some minor classroom shenanigans played out. Nobody was hurt, nothing happened, it doesn't even belong in the courts. The woman is up for DUI she's a little unhinged, some people are like that, life goes on.
