I have a Model 3 where the rear window developed cracks and the integrated heating in it stopped working. Tesla exchanged it under warranty, and I haven't had any problems with the new one. I'm not an expert, but my impressions is that these things happens from time to time. Safety glass doesn't like to be under tension and if you mess up the mounting of it, and do that, it can crack or break.
