What incentive do network providers have to do that?
- 1_player 6y agoThe fact that people in 3rd world countries are more likely to get a phone plan that includes the most used app to keep in touch with friends and family. Sadly, when you're poor you couldn't care less about net neutrality if it means saving some money.
