Indeed, I have looked myself for a costing. I guess that any disclosure of costs by the court would also disclose who paid said costs, and therefore... Ah, what a calamity. It's interesting that due to pressure some of the CCTV in the UK is now starting to be removed, but if they remove half of it we'll still be the world leaders of it I suspect.
