Free speech extremists seriously think a private company should be forced to keep someone who uses their platform to incite deadly riots.
Trump's free speech here has consequences. 5 people have died.
- saladgnu054 6y agoYes, those free speech extremists. They are as bad as those pursuit of hapiness extremists or the life and liberty extremists. Where do they think they are to expect to be able to exercise their rights, just think of the children.
- prions 6y agoWhat rights as a US citizen has Trump lost here? The right to shitpost on twitter?
- saladgnu054 6y agoHe was removed from one of the largest public spaces for speech, which is against the spirit of the law, and everyone else was also hindered in hearing his free speech, which is even worse and is also against the spirit of the law.
- arentyouspecial 6y agoThis spirit of the law? No the law says the government can’t infringe on some ones right to free speech. Twitter isn’t the government, it is a private company. Your type can yell till your face is blue about this stupid public square argument but that doesn’t make it true. Do you have the right to go into the biggest restaurant in your town and yell and instigate a riot and then complain about getting kicked out?
