- kahrl 6y agoSorry, but who are you to say who saw what and what officers MIGHT have been negligent during all that chaos? If it is determined that the people who SMASHED HIS HEAD IN WITH A DAMN FIRE EXTINGUISHER didn't intend to kill him, the 2nd degree murder charge might possibly be downgraded to felony murder or manslaughter.
