- that_guy_iain 6y agoI would assume they‘ll appeal and go to Supreme Court then the ruling would apply everywhere in the UK. But even then GCHQ is in England wouldn’t their actions fall under English law?
- M2Ys4U 6y agoAssuming they're allowed to appeal all the way to the Supreme Court, of course. The Court of Appeal would be the next step.
