I thought managers only care about how many years of experience you have and the presence of certain technology keywords, so how hard is it to write an adequate resume?
- mcenedella 6y agoHi Wendy - when a manager is looking through a pile of 100 resumes, all with 5 years experience, all with similar dozen or so technologies, how do they choose which 10 or 15 to phone screen? The answer is: the ones with the most compelling presentations of the user's capabilities, accomplishments, and skills on the job.
