- evgen 6y agoAbsolutely. The arrest on trespassing and other low-level charges establishes his presence in the building at the time of the event and as an active participant. Next step are sedition charges.
- oldmaninsj 6y agoSomehow I doubt this will happen. The jails in Portland aren't full of Antifa people.
- nostromo 6y agoHe’s not being detained. He was charged and released the same day.
- trianglem 6y agoHe has to show up to a court date and then a jail date.
