- cosmotic 6y agoThat may have been just what they needed to detain him. I suspect they can add other more severe charges once they have more evidence?
- evgen 6y agoAbsolutely. The arrest on trespassing and other low-level charges establishes his presence in the building at the time of the event and as an active participant. Next step are sedition charges.
- oldmaninsj 6y agoSomehow I doubt this will happen. The jails in Portland aren't full of Antifa people.
