I'm curious how this plays out for the least-well-paid listed, customer support. Sounds like it's $50/hr up to 20hr/wk, $25/hr thereafter. For 40hr/wk, that's $1500/wk or $6000/mo or $75k/yr (assuming 2wk unpaid vacation). Not bad honestly.
