Basically I googled for why there aren’t any hubs that add more type c thunderbolt ports (or even just type C USB ports), and apparently items because there is no chipset for it released yet. You’ll notice pretty much all the “hubs” on Amazon just take a type C port and turn it into a bunch of old USB A ports and other non type C ports. At best it would replace the type C port it takes up with a power delivery only type c port. I think OWC is about to release one that takes 1 thunderbolt and turns it into 3, but it’s large and seems to need external power.
