Just heard from a friend that Roblox has announced Series H funding and is planning to go public via direct listing on NYSE

They even have a ticker: RBLX
- kencausey 6y agoIt's interesting that Roblox features in Matt Levine's post for today (https://www.bloomberg.com/opinion/articles/2021-01-07/the-ipo-market-was-too-good https://www.bloomberg.com/opinion/articles/2021-01-07/the-ip...) in the IPO Pops section. The story seems to be based on slightly older reports from December.
