Court Rules Deliveroo Used 'Discriminatory' Algorithm
- olliej 6y agoTLDR: This is in Italy. The discrimination was the result of an otherwise “objective” algorithm: counting shift cancellations. The discrimination was due to the cancellation not considering legally protected reasons for missing work - sickness, etc. That meant people work discriminated against for exercising legal rights.
