It is stunning the comparison between this and the BLM protests. The local protest to me had a tank at it, for a peaceful protest in a park. This is next to the capital, this is people breaking into a building, and all that's there is a bunch of police?

  Police gassed and opened fire on BLM protesters for throwing water bottles, but Trump protesters storm the capitol rotunda with firearms and they are trying to "deescalate."

This is the most stunning event of the Trump presidency. What a batshit finale. It's hard to imagine the Senate being evacuated so quickly that emails were still on the screens of staffer's computers.
