Didn't Facebook legally state they will NOT do this when acquiring WhatsApp- to me it sounds as this can be prohibited and daily fines with subsequent breakup should be in order.
Sometimes I wish I had studied law...
- asiando 6y agoI only remember the founders publicly promising that WhatsApp won’t be absorbed into Facebook or something like that. I don’t know if they also put it in the legal documents.
