isn't 'nearby places' a pretty obvious feature? is there a better article with more evidence the app was actually 'stolen' by Facebook? I used to write television and so many times I heard stories of stolen ideas from failed screenwriters who were just sure that their (basic, obvious, and unoriginal) idea had been plagiarized by a big studio when something similar to their idea was produced. Of course some of the claims may have been true, but the more obvious or unoriginal the idea is the more damming I think the evidence needs to be to prove it was stolen.
