- HighlandSpring 6y agoDon't hesitate to take 10-15k a day for an initial period of couple weeks if you think you might be deficient. Vitamin D requirements are notoriously understated and the supplements underdosed
- lostlogin 6y agoI think that copying the behaviour of hospital department heads could lead to propagation of some truely idiosyncratic behaviour.
