Good point, but most of it is light rail above ground, with only a small portion underground downtown. I’ve ridden on it, they are nice trains. And a nice option for suburb commuters. Rush hour gets pretty crazy there also, with everyone trying to get in and out of Fort Pitt tunnel. This is something Cincinnati has painfully missed out on. I liked the read, never knew about this.
